Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ideakly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ideakly provides AI-powered business idea analysis using publicly available web data and large language models. Reports are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

Reports may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important data from primary sources before making business decisions.

You must be 16+ to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at security@ideakly.com.

You may NOT use Ideakly to:

• Generate reports for illegal activities
• Resell or redistribute reports without written permission (B2B Enterprise plan required for white-label)
• Circumvent rate limits or quotas through technical means
• Submit content that violates intellectual property rights
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

The free tier allows 1 analysis per day per user/IP. Sections 11–13 of each report (Scenarios, Roadmap, Methodology) are available on paid plans only. We reserve the right to change free tier limits with 7 days notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy: Full refund within 3 days of first purchase if you have not generated more than 3 reports. Contact billing@ideakly.com.

Reports generated by Ideakly using your idea input are owned by you. You grant Ideakly a non-exclusive license to use anonymized data to improve the service.

The Ideakly platform, brand, and code are owned by Ideakly and protected by copyright law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY REPORT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDEAKLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ideakly is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
